We design and deliver comprehensive guidance, training, and support pathways tailored for individuals facing the greatest barriers to entering or remaining in the workforce-boosting their skills, opportunities, and career independence.
Target groups
Who is this program for?
- Long-term unemployed individuals.
- People aged 45 and over.
- Migrants and foreign-born residents.
- Persons with disabilities.
- Individuals at risk of social exclusion.
- Recipients of unemployment benefits, subsidies, or Active Insertion Income (RAI).
