T-Acompañamos Program
The T-Acompañamos Program is an initiative by the Regional Government of Andalusia (Junta de Andalucía), developed through the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) and co-financed by European Union funds. It is designed to enhance employability and boost job placement for unemployed individuals.
Driving Job Placement and Employability
We promote and support access to employment for jobseekers, paying special attention to target groups facing greater barriers to labor market integration—such as youth, women, individuals over 45 years of age, the long-term unemployed, low-skilled workers, and persons with disabilities.
Fostering Best Practices in the Corporate Environment
We encourage companies to adopt responsible workplace practices that drive inclusion, job stability, and professional development for individuals with limited work experience or specific support needs.
Developing New Professional Competencies
We design and deliver training programs for both employed workers and jobseekers, focusing on acquiring and updating key professional skills—with a specialized emphasis on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
Promoting Equality, Work-Life Balance, and Continuous Learning
We partner with public administrations and corporate clients to drive policies and initiatives that foster equal opportunities, support work-life integration, and promote continuous professional development in the workplace.
Competencias y Cualificaciones is a company primarily dedicated to all areas of vocational training, backed by nearly 20 years of industry experience. As an accredited Training Center, we specialize in delivering and executing high-impact training programs, which we combine with specialized training advisory services for public institutions and private enterprises across Spain.
